The Patricia F. Robinson Music Studio at 590 Madison Street – a steadfast pillar in Brooklyn’s music community, is celebrating nearly a century of developing musicians and leaders through performances by a group of young, gifted students, of all ages in many prestigious places including Carnegie Hall.

These gifted young music artists, all students of Patricia F. Robinson Music Studio, will showcase their musical abilities by playing piano with orchestra among other instruments while performing a range of music genres at the concert. Mrs. Robinson is warmly inviting the public to come out in support of these young musicians as they take center stage to embark on an exciting musical journey that has continued since 1930.

That journey began in 1930 with Mrs. Robinson’s late mother L. Elsie Cumberbatch Graham opened her music practice then called the Stuyvesant School of Music, a beacon of musical education and hope.

The studio’s programs focus on fostering a love for music in children and providing them with opportunities to explore their talents. This upcoming performance at Carnegie Hall is a testament of the Studio’s success in achieving its mission: Enriching the community and the lives of our young people.
